1. Cut to length line(From steel coil to flat steel sheet)

2.Diagonally shear(Cut to the request size which you need,the type of steel sheet is Trapezoid)

3. Press brake/Bending machine(Bend the steel sheets into conical poles,electric power poles or High mast poles)

4.Lighting pole bending machine(We adopt submerged arc welding for quick speed and high welding quality)

5.Lighting pole Straigten machine(After bending,the steel poles must be a little bent,use this machine to make the poles straight)

6.Lighting pole polish machine(To remove the welding slag)

7.Lighting pole arm bending(Some of the lighting pole has bending arm,use this machine to achieve it)

8.Galvanizing equipment(In China,the lighting poles will be sent to galvanizing factory for hot galvanizing,we will provide solutions)
